Incarneo generates voiceovers and talking-head videos from a photo and a short voice sample. You upload your avatar and your reference voice, write your script, and get an audio file or a video in which your avatar speaks the text. Everything runs in the browser, no software to install.

The interface and speech synthesis are available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. You can clone a voice from a sample in one language and have it speak in another. Videos follow the same language coverage as audio.

Generation is asynchronous: you start it, then we email you as soon as your file is ready. An audio track usually takes a few minutes. Video is heavier: one minute of video needs several minutes of GPU processing.

Quality depends mostly on your sample. A clean recording of a few seconds, without background noise or music, gives a voice that keeps the timbre, pace and intonation of the original. For video, a sharp, front-facing, well-lit photo gives the most natural result.

Yes. Audio and video files are downloadable and you can use them for commercial projects: ads, courses, product videos, podcasts. You remain responsible for the rights of third parties, in particular the consent of the people whose voice or image you use.

Credits are minutes of audio or video. Each generation deducts its duration from your balance: one minute of voiceover uses one audio minute, one minute of video uses one video minute. Audio and video credits are separate.

Audio: 30 min at €0.25/min, 120 min at €0.20/min, 600 min at €0.15/min. Video: 10 min at €2.50/min, 30 min at €2.00/min, 120 min at €1.50/min. Prices are excl. VAT; tax is added at checkout depending on your country. Payment is secured by Stripe and an invoice is issued for every purchase.

No. There is no subscription and no expiration date. You buy the minutes you need, when you need them, and use them at your own pace.

As a consumer you have a 14-day withdrawal right on the unused part of a pack, unless you asked for immediate access and waived that right at checkout. Outside this case, purchases are final. Free credits (welcome or promotional minutes) are never refundable.

An organization holds a pool of credits shared between its members. You invite collaborators by email, allocate minutes member by member and keep an eye on usage. Ideal for agencies, training departments and marketing teams.

Yes, always. You must hold the written and explicit consent of every person whose voice or image you use, unless it is your own. Keep that consent: we may ask for it in case of a report.

No. Misleading deepfakes, impersonating someone without their consent, and offensive or illegal content are forbidden. Incarneo is meant for content that people have agreed to appear in and that the audience is not deceived by. Abuse can lead to restricted access.

The EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, article 50) requires generated content to be identifiable as such. Every file produced by Incarneo carries a provenance marking in its metadata. If you publish the content, you must also inform your audience that it is artificially generated.

You do. Your avatars, voice samples, scripts and generated files remain yours. You can delete them at any time from your account. Incarneo does not claim any rights over your content.

Write to abuse@incarneo.com with a link or a description of the content and, if possible, the reason for the report. We review every report and may suspend or limit the account concerned.

You can delete your files one by one, or close your account from your settings. Closing the account removes your content. Incarneo is published by PRG Sys, a French company, and your data is handled under EU rules.

Yes. Share your referral link and earn a commission on the minute purchases of the people you refer, for the duration set for your programme. The default is 20 % for 12 months, but each affiliate sees their own terms in their account area. The referral cookie lasts 90 days. Payouts are monthly once you reach €50 excl. VAT.
