Where your data goes

• Your files and results are stored in France, with Scaleway.
• Generation runs on GPU servers operated by HyperStack in Canada. They receive what is needed for the task (text, voice sample, image, audio), process it and do not keep it afterwards.
• Canada benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision for organisations subject to its federal privacy law.

Consent

• Adding a voice or an image requires certifying that it is yours, or that you hold the written consent of the person concerned.
• The date of this attestation is recorded with the item.
• Impersonating someone without their consent is forbidden by our terms of use.

Labelling AI content

• In line with Article 50 of the European AI Act, generated audio and video files carry a marking in their metadata that identifies them as generated by AI.
• Our terms remind you of your own duty to disclose AI-generated content when you publish it.

Reports and abuse

• Anyone can report content through our contact form, without an account.
• We review every report and may limit or suspend the account concerned.

Your rights

• You can delete your items and your account from your dashboard.
• You can exercise your GDPR rights by writing to us. Details are in our privacy policy.
